I’m worried. As you learned from this post, I have bad knees. And I think I worry about my joints more than the average 20-something. Lately my joints have started to feel…crunchy (specifically my shoulders and hips). Are there any Bikram yogis out there who know why this might be happening?
Although I won’t be doing hot yoga everyday for the rest of the month, I’m not giving up entirely. I’ll still try to go every other day until the 30th so I get the satisfaction of completing the month.
