About

20-something.ca is an online magazine that features topics such as health, style, love, life and a diverse range of content from the unique perspective of 20-somethings. Generation Y has been typecast as a coddled generation with an unfounded sense of entitlement. I hope this magazine dispels that stereotype by showing off some of the inspiring, creative and ambitious 20-somethings who are doing something as well as motivating those who are giving the generation a bad rep.

Dayna Boyer vividly remembers sitting in computer class thinking, “I’m never going to use this web and HTML junk so why am I cluttering up my brain with this garbage when I’d rather be thinking about how dreamy Leonardo DiCaprio is?!”. Flash forward to present day and Dayna has now worked on the websites of Chatelaine, Canadian Living and Homemakers, as well as written for Flare.com, ELLECanada.com, StyleatHome.com, TodaysParent.com, The Toronto Star, Alive magazine, Elevate magazine and This magazine.

She wishes she could go back in time and tell her high school self to pay more attention in computer class (and that platform flip-flips are just plain fugly).
