I’m scared to even write something like this for fear of it biting me in the butt soon. But, I left Booty Camp last night feeling good…I felt good all night…and I still feel good this morning. For the last few weeks I would have replaced the word “good” with the words “really sore”, so I’d like to call this a milestone. This is my fourth week so on Thursday I’ll be getting my measurements and I’ll be able to give you an update on how I’m doing, plus I’m excited to announce that two friends will be joining me for the last four weeks of Booty Camp!
Last week I missed my Thursday Booty Camp session but I made up for it by doing the beginner DVD workout on Friday as well as the 15 minute Booty Booster after. And I loved the booty workout so much that I did it again the next day! However, it definitely doesn’t feel heavenly when you’re in the middle of it.
