Booty Camp Diary: Drunk on Booty Camp Kool-Aid!

Today I signed up for another 8 weeks of Booty Camp, and I’ve had a lot of people ask me if it’s worth it. YES, IT’S WORTH IT! It costs between $159 for a 4-week session and $299 for an 8-week session, but it also comes with a DVD, workbook, and daily recipes sent to your email, plus a personal trainer at your fingertips. My instructor, Susan has been incredibly supportive throughout and provides some great nutritional advice.

Have I noticed a big difference?

This is something I’m really proud of because my string-bean arms have always been embarrassingly weak, so when I started booty camp I could only do about 3 consecutive push-ups on my knees and now I can do 20 without stopping (hurray!). On top of that, my body fat percentage was 22.5% in the beginning and at the four week mark I was down to 16.3%.

I promise to post all of my measurements in detail once I’ve finished the eight weeks so you can see the difference for yourself. Stay tuned for a post on creating your own mini boot camp at home.

Oh but Booty Camp IS available in the winter! We move indoors so you don’t have to do pushups in the snow :p With the exceptions of March & December, we run year-round baby!

I agree, I wish I could afford to do it year round. I am on the fence right now as to sign up for the next 8 weeks or not. I love booty camp. I love how strong I feel.

$2,500,000 in revenue and this company needs to repeatedly blitz our City with its pink posters?!
