So, in my last post I announced that I’m taking part in Sammie’s 8-week challenge and so far so good. I’m not a big drinker so it hasn’t been hard to turn down alcohol and surprisingly I haven’t been craving refined sugar. But as you can probably tell, I miss cheese. Just to be clear, I don’t miss milk or yogurt or any other dairy product — just cheese.
Does anyone else participating in Sammie’s challenge miss anything specific? I can’t be the only one!

Ohh geez … do I ever I miss cheese! It is what lead to my tragic fall last weekend! I’ve looked for non-dairy cheeses but they all seem to have refined sugar in them…so I haven’t found anything to use instead!
However I LOVE DAIRY…so I HAVE been missin yogert and milk too. Using soy milk has been working as a replacement though.
I will let you know if I find any non-dairy / refined sugarie cheesey substitutes! Please post if you do find a yummy substitue!
