Stressed Desserts: 5 More Things To Ensure Your Success

To help you further stay on track with Max Simon’s 100% responsibility challenge, here are 5 things you can do right now to ensure your success:

1. Get clear on exactly what you are committing to by literally writing out your intentions (desires, dreams, goals) on paper. The moment you can clearly see your commitments in the framework of your consciousness, is the moment they begin to manifest in reality and become real.

2. Decide what to stop doing and eliminate from your routine that will free up time and space for you to honor your new goals and commitments. Your life is already full enough, so adding something else on top of everything won’t (necessarily) help. Be willing to let go of what’s not serving you so that you get some fresh energy in your life, and some wind in your sails to keep the motivation for succeeding in all areas flowing.

3. Don’t worry if it’s not easy in the beginning; habits (both good and bad) are be difficult to change and break – it’s your will to change that’s the important thing to keep in focus. Don’t get too down or hard on yourself, or begin judging your capability or capacity for success – everyone struggles during times of change and transformation – so go easy on yourself!

4. Share your commitment and goals with others that you can rely upon, and ask for their support in helping you stay on track and focused. Others can serve as a mirror for your progress or provide a port in the storm when things seem too tough to continue; even the strongest of people need help staying accountable to their goals.

5. As if the goal weren’t enough – determine your reward for staying true to your path (my favourite part!) Think of something wonderful and enjoyable to you now that you will give to yourself for following through – and use that added excitement to propel yourself to the end. Once there, follow through, consciously indulge, and celebrate your success in every way!
